All our items are made to order. Orders take 1-2 business days to process before they get shipped to you.
Once dispatched, you can expect these shipping times:

Order Tracking
All orders are 100% tracked and you'll get a tracking link once your order is shipped. You can check the status of your order using our order tracking page. For any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us.
Insured Shipping
All orders come with insured shipping — your package is fully protected against loss or damage until it arrives safely at your door. We cover all the costs if there is a shipping issue.
Refunds & Returns
We accept returns within 100 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at contact@vyir.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Custom or personalized items are also excluded.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
For orders shipped within the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies in accordance with EU regulations.
Taxes/Import duties (Outside of EU)
If your order is shipping outside the EU, it may be subject to customs duties or taxes in accordance with local regulations.
These charges are set by your local authorities and are beyond our control. Any applicable customs fees will be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
