Insured Shipping

All orders come with insured shipping — your package is fully protected against loss or damage until it arrives safely at your door. We cover all the costs if there is a shipping issue.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 100 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@vyir.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Custom or personalized items are also excluded.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For orders shipped within the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies in accordance with EU regulations.

Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?

Wireless charging compatibility is not guaranteed for our Flip Phone Case. Because the folio design includes a faux leather cover, polycarbonate inner shell, and card-storage compartments, we recommend removing the case if your wireless charger does not connect reliably.
